A new build is your opportunity to get the electrical exactly right — no compromises, no working around what's already there. Mint Electrical partners with builders and homeowners across the Sunshine Coast to deliver electrical installations that are planned properly from day one and completed to the highest standard.
We show up on time, coordinate with your build team, and never hold up progress on site.
Supply of and connection to a correctly sized, future-proof switchboard with safety switches and circuit protection that meets current Queensland standards.
Ceiling, downlight, pendant, and feature lighting circuits installed to your lighting plan — or we can help you develop one that suits each space.
Correctly positioned GPOs throughout the home, including dedicated circuits for high-demand areas like the kitchen, laundry, garage, and home office.
Dedicated circuits and isolator points for split systems, ducted systems, or multi-head units — positioned in the right place before the walls are sealed.
Weatherproof power points, outdoor lighting, ceiling fan wiring, and BBQ/outdoor kitchen circuits for your alfresco and entertaining areas.
Power, lighting, and sub-board installation for garages, workshops, and sheds — including EV charger conduit if you're planning ahead.
We schedule around your build program and show up when we say we will. First fix, fit-off, inspection — no delays, no excuses.
We know the local building requirements, certifier expectations, and Energex connection process — no surprises for your project.
The same licensed team handles your entire electrical scope. One point of contact, consistent quality, no handover confusion.
You'll receive a clear, itemised quote before work begins. Variations are only raised when the scope genuinely changes — and always discussed first.
We plan your wiring with growth in mind — solar, EVs, smart home, and additional circuits — so your home is ready for what comes next.
Every new build installation comes with a Certificate of Compliance (Form 4, QLD) and all documentation required for your occupancy certificate.
